The Utility Box Art Project (UBA) goal is to create a unified look for the stoplight boxes in Bullhead City. The artist will design the box for the area where it is located, for example, a sports theme by the Optimum Center location. All artwork should fit into the Bullhead image. The project is open to all Members of the River Valley Artist Guild. We will be painting in the fall/winter months below 90 degrees.
